Human Connectome Project scientists are gathering with thousands of neuroscientists Nov 12-16, 2011 in Washington D.C. for Neuroscience 2011, the Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting to present our year 1 progress and plans going into the data collection and analysis phase of the project, starting in Summer 2012.
Attendees at the conference will have the opportunity to get a sneak peek at Connectome Workbench and ConnectomeDB, HCP software being specially designed for users to access, visualize, and analyze data generated by the project. These open source tools will be freely available to members of the scientific community and the public as HCP data are collected and released starting in Fall of 2012.
Come by the HCP booth #3217 for an interactive demo!
Throughout the meeting, the HCP Outreach Team will be showcasing Connectome Workbench and ConnectomeDB and answering questions about the project at our HCP booth, #3217, in Exhibit Hall A (located 2 rows from the NIH booths).
Several HCP investigators and students will also be presenting in poster and oral presentations at the conference. Click here for a complete listing of presentations and posters by members of the HCP consortium.
